Now that's scary, the schematic diagram I pulled down from

     http://ronja.twibright.com/schematics/rx_experimental_00.pdf

shows many resistors with the same designation (Rnnn). There's a trap.

If the resistor you are looking at has it's value specified as 2M2 then yes, 
2.2 meg-ohms.
