[Ronja] CA3140 availability

I want to make a logarithmic ambient light measurement in the new Ronja RX.

If the user has packetloss he will be able to see if the range
of Ronja is large (darkness/twilight) or normal (daylight) or if there is sun on the optical path (no data get through). For this I need CA3140 opamp. My 3 suppliers all have it for reasonably cheap price. Would it be a problem for people from other parts of the world?
