[Ronja] Noise of inductors

I want to put a working inductor (6.8uH on ferrite core) close to the input. I have read about Barkhausen noise: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Barkhausen_noise

Do you know if HF ferrite coils also affected by this? Is the ferrite specially engineered to minimize this amount of noise? How significant it is?

Since coils had been used in radios I guess someone must already have hit this problem.
