I managed to get these from Rapid Online in Colchester, UK. They were a 
little tricky to mount by hand rather than reflow -- there was not much 
sideways clearance.

I can't remember exactly which case number I bought. In the end I got 
one Twister2's DC-DC converter working OK with these coils.
