Which PCB design is that, btw? I'd happily cut one it would be less trouble.

I stripboarded the Ronja 10M Receiver the other day but I still need to 
debug it. .. and I'm not 100% sure I haven't introduced a bug :-)

Off the top of my head I ended up using BAT46 and I think I need to 
debug R106 for it. The PIN diode is OK, voltage across it increases 
dramatically when I shine 680nm laser pointer into it.
