You can use them if they were pulled out from sockets, i. e. not soldered and absolute maximum ratings were not exceeded during their lifetime.

If they are desoldered, do not use them. The Ronja manual says always: "Use new components, not desoldered". AFAIK
desoldered components can be easily unreliable.
