I think the only place in the Ronja website where you are instructed to get a
HPWT-BD00-* diode is the material list. That page also contains "Equivalents",
with a detailed answer to your question.

If there is another place where you are instructed to get HPWT-BD00 without
an equivalents list please tell me I'll fix it.
