Oh, its silly idea to use a Balloons, a play-ground is a better place to use 
it, i think :-)

But nor balun is not necesary, it is proven that ronja works with 50Ohm cable 
well.

You may recompute the resistors at both ends of coaxes to match 50Ohms 
exactly, but in case of not very long coaxes it is really not necesary.
