[Ronja] Input impedance

I want to change the cable from Twsiter2 to Tx and Rx from 75 ohms to 50
ohms. what are the changes required in Tx and Rx circuits? Has any one tried
out exisiting system with 50 ohm cables how much is the degradation? Will i
have to modify the twsiter circuit as well in case of 50 Ohms ?
Is it advised to use matching baloons?
