Článek 179 Zneužití sdělovacího zařízení
Kdo ze zlomyslnosti, nebo vědomě/úmyslně k rušení zneužije sdělovací zařízení, 
bude na žádost potrestán pokutou.

Podle mě to znamená, že tě můžou pokutovat, když budeš někoho otravovat tím, 
že mu budeš neustále telefonovat, vyvolávat jeho volací značku vysílačkou 
atp., ale snad i jinak znemožňovat normální komunikaci.
