I've just found this in Swiss law:

Art. 179 Missbrauch einer Fernmeldeanlage
Wer aus Bosheit oder Mutwillen eine Fernmeldeanlage zur Beunruhigung oder
Bela:stigung missbraucht, wird, auf Antrag, mit Busse bestraft.

Who uses (angrily or arbitrarily) a telecommunication device to disturb or
harass other, will be, after complaint, fined with a fine.

Is this translated correctly? Does someone understand Swiss or German law well?
Does it mean if I turn my Ronja and shine with the light into people's eyes to
have fun, I can be punished because Ronja is a telecommunication device? :)
