[Ronja] Sealant reaction...

Hi Everybody!

I sealed about 10 months ago a lens into a PVC tube with a transparent 
silicon sealant.
I did not have time, and forgot the whole project in my craftsroom. 
Dark, normally tempered, with low humidity.
Now I found it with a shocking result:

The sealant turned brown, and it also detached from the PVC pipe.
Maybe a chemical reaction, but i have never seen this kind before.
I made pictures of all the used materials.

Did anyone have similar results?
